Details
This American handmade from C. Martin Pipes, by Chris Mattioda, has been given a tight sandblast with a contrasting finish. Both the straight grain and growth rings are present to showcase the excellent specimen of briar shaped into a fetching and functional smoker. Wide in the shank to help heat dissipate and thick in the walls of the bowl to keep the ember insulated, this short saddled and rounded rim clencher is sure to be a favorite in any rotation. The cylindrical chamber is an easy target for straight Virginias and even a shag cut or fine ribbon, promising sessions of sipping smoke that is dry, sweet, and satisfying.
