Marxman Jumbo Carved Bulldog Estate Pipe

While this American-made Marxman Jumbo estate pipe doesn't have a fancy smooth finish, it does has great lines and the clean English shape of a classic saddled bulldog.  Carved along the top of the bowl, down the sides, and along the bottom of the stummel, this large bowled smoker may not seem very Jumbo by today's standards, but this lightweight smoker has a large chamber drilled conically with a draft all the way at the bottom that produces a smooth and open draw.  Such drilling explains why this pipe was loved and used often resulting in the wear of finish along the rim and the darkening that could not be removed during its restoration.  Lightweight and comfortably clenched, this all-day companion is still in great shape and will do exceedingly well with a dark fired or aged burley blend.
