Viggo Nielsen Hand-Finished Bent Partial Blast Freehand with Plateaux Estate Pipe with Replacement Stem

Finished smooth in the middle, topped with plateaux at the rim and shank, and sandblasted around the bottom of the bowl, this Hand-Finished freehand estate pipe from Danish pipe maker, Viggo Nielsen has a new stem fitted in our workshop.  It has been funneled and polished through the draft to make this Danish briar an even better smoker than its original design.  In outstanding condition other than a series of significant handling marks along the right side of the bowl.  It appears many bowls of ash and dottle were emptied by tapping vigorously on a hard and edged surface.  Regardless of scars acquired while being emptied, this freehand smoker will still impress once it has been filled with a favorite tobacco.
