Thomas James Bent Black Blast Egg Estate Pipe

It is worth noting that while Thomas James only carved pipes for just over a decade, he was well received by collectors all over the world.  Unfortunately he isn't carving briar these days but there is no mistaking his distinct neo-Danish voice that set the bar high for American carvers.  This black blasted bent egg has a kiss of plateau on the port side of the bowl and a swirl of tear drop shank, crisply seamed on one side and paneled on the other.  Very tall in the chamber with a perfectly drilled draft all the way on the bottom, this cylindrically engineered smoker is in exceptionally good condition, draws like a dream, and is best suited for any blend intended to be enjoyed for hours at a time.
