Stanwell DM (1990 Make) Sandblast Pot Sitter Estate Pipe

Stanwell's DM stamping indicates pipes that were made specifically for the Danish Pipe Smoking Championships in Denmark.  They represent some of the finest finishes done in distinct sandblasts and are typically very dark with some deep reds peeking out.  This older and sandblasted pot features a deep and craggy finish resulting in a display that is less about the grain's beauty and more about the bespoke quality of the technique which is essentially the opposite of smooth.  Straight and tapered, this lightweight and comfortable clencher is in excellent condition and even includes a delrin sleeve lining the mortise that guarantees a snug fit for several lifetimes.  Note that this pipe comes with its original box and sleeve.
