Smooth Pot Estate Pipe

Extremely thick walls insulate a fairly wide chamber on this smooth finished pot estate pipe, of which we have no documented provenance.  Out best guess, given the strong chin, is this was handmade in the United States by a left handed Italian maker who has a lot of citrus in his diet (as good a guess as any), and it is very well engineered to be a great smoker, but by whom we can't say.  In excellent shape, though there is a heavy toothmark on the top and bottom of the button, indicating this charming saddled smoker has been enjoyed for many, many years prior to coming into our care.
