Santana (Stanwell) Sandblast Bulldog Estate Pipe

Tapered in the diamond shank and saddled in the ebonite stem, this Santana bulldog estate pipe, from Denmark, was produced in the old Stanwell factory.  No classic double bead around the bowl and sandblasted with a dark finish, this open drawing and smooth smoking briar has the charm of the old world bespoke, with just the right proportions and a little less emphasis on the details of a fine finish.  Still in excellent condition and undeniably suited for getting the fullness of grassy, sweet flavors from a virginia, this dog will definitely continue to hunt for generations.
