Mark Tinsky American Coral Rusticated Billiard Estate Pipe

Deeply rusticated with a slight polish along the peaks of the finished briar, this American Coral estate pipe from Mark Tinsky has just a touch of burgundy hidden under a dark, almost black tone.  Thin at the bite and like all of Mark's pipes, drilled dead center at the bottom of the bowl, this American handmade did suffer from a heavy smoker that allowed some charring at the bottom of the chamber's walls.  The carbon has been removed and it has been coated with a sodium silicate that will prevent any further charring in its future.  Otherwise, this acrylic stemmed beauty is in excellent condition.
