Jesse Jones Pipe Large 1/2 Bent Freehand with Plateau
Item # JJ183288Sold Out
Details
This imposing Freehand was completely shaped by hand in an effort to chase the best possible grain the block had to offer. Finished with spectacular high contrasting colors of rust and honey, affecting a striking display of grain warping to a plateau exposed rim and shank, this piece will color slightly differently depending on how much direct light it is exposed to. Set with a dark stem of classic brindle and a Danish inspired crown, the natural flow of grain and wood are at center stage here. Note the smooth bevel that radiates out into the plateau on the rim as if a pebble was dropped into a briar pond, radiating a smooth splash and settling into the chamber.
