Graco Elite 7125 Billiard Estate Pipe

Functionally graceful, this dense and well grained thick walled briar, just shy of 5.75 in, checks all the boxes with a chamber narrow enough to let a virginia shine, tapered and thin bite point, and a strong chinned chassi light enough to keep sipping throughout the whole bowl.  Flanked in birdseye, this smooth finished old French smoker has some handling marks, a painted and worn stem logo, was dropped at least once, and there is a fill on the shank to go along with the expected minor inner rim darkening.  But there is no denying the truth in the simple beauty of these old French shapes, especially drawing as smooth and open as this one.
