Dunhill Root Briar 43 (1969 Make) Bulldog Estate Pipe with Original and Replacement Stem

What could be more classic than a Dunhill Root bulldog? Not much; and this one is a great example from what many consider to be Dunhill's peak era. A group four, by Dunhill's scale, but the bowl size is not huge and would be perfect for a nice flake tobacco. This pipe comes with its original stem, but since it has some wear and significant tooth marks, the guys in the workshop made another stem to the historically accurate specifications, which is included. You may notice the white spot on the replacement isn't a vibrant as the original. Jesse, ever the English pipe purist, was cussing up a storm about that. Who knew there were so many shades of white inserts? In great condition, but there is some minor darkening around the rim, and the nomenclature is a bit weak, but clearly legible.
