Danish Apple Estate Pipe

We are sure it came from Denmark, but much of the original stamping has been worn away leaving only the letters DAN legible above HAND on the underside of the shank.  Well proportioned with a wide shank and saddled stem, this lightweight clencher has a wide chamber with a rounded rim and plenty of cross-grain to impress any briar lover.  There are some flaws in the finish and there is some inner rim darkening that could not be removed in the restoration, but this comfortable clencher draws well and can promise any English or Balkan blend a flavorful good time.
