American Bent Freehand with Plateau Estate Pipe
Item # ME231125$70.00
Details
We suspect this unnamed smooth estate pipe came from a cadre of carvers out of Arizona back in the 1970s, though the only confirmed stampings on the pipe are "Algerian Briar." Wherever this freehand came from it has enjoyed a career of full bowls as is evidenced by the darkening around the beveled rim and the charring we found inside the large chamber. A bowl coat of sodium silicate has been added to ensure that there will be no further issues and now this plateau bottomed and straight grained beauty can smoke just as good as it lookes.
