Alexa Pipe by Dragomir Aleksic Carved Horn with Brindle

Dripping with old world and bespoke character, this Alexa Pipe has been carved in relief to reveal a vine pattern in the briar.  Masterfully done, the top portions have been lightly rusticated and the smooth rimmed bowl has been drilled to the dead center.  There is no bowl coat here, and I suspect that this would have been a prized possession for a garner at the Sun King's palace in Versaille.  Fitted with a traditional red brindle tapered stem, this horn's color shift's dramatically in the direct light.
