Made in Saint Claude, France - birthplace of all briar pipes, this Ropp Stout large bowled billiard estate pipe isn't short enough to qualify as a nosewarmer. The well drilled chamber offers a mostly cylindrical design though it does taper towards the draft hole at the bottom. Stemmed with horn that only gets more and more comfortable the longer it stays wet in the mouth, this compact billiard from France features a deep sandblast that has been slightly polished for an stunning finish of natural briar beauty. In excellent condition, this capacious briar can keep even a fast puffer busy for a good while and still fits easily in a shirt or vest pocket.
