Details
Showing off a broad rim of plateau and again on the shank's face, this Nørding freehand estate pipe also has some straight grain on display. It also has a few flaws in the finish so it only garnered a 4 stamping despite so much tight and naturally contrasted striations in the wood. The conical chamber sits behind thick walls and the draft hole is drilled dead center at the very bottom making this Danish freehand a marvelous tool for getting every morsel of flavor from the last leaf with few relights after a good pack. There is some darkening along the plateaued rim but this sizeable smoker is still in outstanding condition with an impressively smooth draw.
