Finished smooth with plenty of dense grain oriented to the large billiard shape, this Dr. Plumb Flat-Grip estate pipe does have a single fill on the port side of the bowl. The short saddle narrows to a long stem, that while not perfectly flat as the name would suggest, is fairly close and makes for a comfortable bite point. Novice clenchers may note that with this much length care should be taken else a sore jaw may result in clenching throughout an entire session. Capacious and rounded to a tapered bottom, this well drilled billiard has an excellent draw and is in great condition, though there is a missing red dot on the stem's logo as well as some minor handling marks underneath the bowl where it has been routinely tapped out on a hard surface.
