Thick and stout, this rounded shank Charatan Special estate pipe has wide chamber at the top that quickly tapers to a draft hole at the very bottom. This smooth finish has no fills or flaws though there is some modest darkening around the inner rim. Stemmed with the patented double comfort stepped saddle famous for use in the Lane Era of Charatan's production, this English smoker is recommended for hybrid blends and aromatics, though any tongue friendly tobacco will do marvelously here.
