Simple and solid, this Real Briar smooth billiard estate pipe doesn't have the kind of grain that is likely to impress fellow collectors at the club meeting, nor does it have a lineage of generationally trained makers to fine tune its classic shape. This is just a thick walled briar with a massively wide and open draw perfect for the consumption of broad leaf and folded flakes. Its in great shape though there are some minor fills and flaws in the lacquered finish and it isn't too large in the chamber to avoid any favorite blends for a solid and satisfying smoke.
